Managing My Stress This Week

Monday is here, and it’s time to start the week after the stressful one last week. I was going to take the day off, but I decided it’s better to do it this Friday and next Monday. Some of the things I plan to do to make sure to manage the stress is:
- Meditate every morning
- Exercise at least three times a week
- Get outside and soak the sun’s Vitamin D whenever I get a chance
- Take a 5- minute break every hour, maybe even every half hour
One thing I keep telling myself is that in five years, I won’t even think about this or also remember it. Therefore, relax and let people behave they want and don’t let them affect me.
